the location was lovely, with easy access to the nearby Norwood mall, which was perfect for some shopping. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were definitely value for money, with comfortable rooms and a clean pool to relax in. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms where the kitchen is located was impressive, as everything was well-maintained and stocked. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great bonus.

This hotel had a great location near a mall and public transportation. The building was gorgeous and had high-quality services. One of the best aspects was the peaceful area which allowed us to relax and use the hotel's facilities.

The communication with hotel staff was unreliable, making our check-in process difficult. The carpets were worn and unclean, making the overall cleanliness questionable.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! the manager was an absolute delight - so funny and welcoming, she really made me feel at home. Secondly, the beds were huge and really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal - just a short distance from Norwood Mall and Melrose Arch, making it convenient to explore the area. Lastly, I loved the fact that the rooms had their own mini self-kitchen with an electric kettle and microwave, providing added convenience and allowing for a cozy indoor picnic experience.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Although the location of the place is lovely and has great proximity to nearby malls, unfortunately the service is lacking. the room had black mold on the ceiling, outdated carpets and some unpleasant smells. the staff was unprofessional, greeting guests in nightgowns and socks. the owner was disrespectful and argumentative towards guests. the pool area needed some improvement and the WiFi did not reach all rooms.

The breakfast served lacked variety.
